When returning an item please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged please do take photographs of the damage as this is helpful towards processing your refund or exchange.

Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancelations:

To ensure we deliver your custom-made item quickly, we start production right after you confirm your order. This mean’s cancellations after confirmation might not be possible. However don’t worry, follow our hassle-free return’s process as outlined above. Just in case.
